Estimate your 2026 tax and take-home pay in a few steps.
Enter your salary monthly or annually β it's converted to one annual figure before your tax is calculated.
Select a country from the top-right corner before you start entering your details.
Your country, your salary (monthly or yearly β it is converted to one annual figure) and any yearly bonus. In Step 2 you can add deductions such as a 401(k) or IRA contribution in the US, a provident fund in Thailand, or a pension contribution in the UK. Nothing is stored: your figures are used for the calculation and then discarded.
The summary lists your tax, your take-home pay, your marginal rate (the tax on your next dollar) and your effective rate (your total tax as a share of income). In the US you also get federal income tax, state income tax for all 50 states and DC, and FICA payroll tax. The advisory step estimates how much extra deductions could save you, using the same calculation code so the numbers always agree.
Results are estimates based on published 2026 rates and rules, not a tax return. They leave out things such as local taxes, most credits and other income, and each country and state lists what its own estimate excludes. Read how every figure is calculated and sourced, browse take-home pay by US state, or look up unfamiliar terms in the tax glossary.
